CSS in Foundry?!
I worked out how to use CSS in foundry 13/12/2025
One of my friends asked if CSS was possible in foundry and I though why shouldn't it, it's just a web page after all? So today I found out how to add custom CSS to pages. Had a lot of fun with this as not all CSS rules I'm used to work in Foundry VTT. The monster and stats are from Nimble 2.
The Shivering Isles Hex Crawl
A hex crawl map based on TES:IV - Shivering Isles! 30/11/2025
Bring out your Cheese! Or prehaps a sword, what ever floats your skull. For this release I made a hex map of the Shivering Isles. It's not perfect and I elected to move, reame and just have my own interpretation of the island. This map was a lot of fun to make!
I'm still playing around with map styles, the map of Threshold I did the other day looks cool but I don't think it's practicel to work with both preping and at the tabel. This map is a change up on style to see how it works out for me.
This Old Mill
A small level one BFRPG dungeon! 28/11/2025
Get the PDF Here!
This is just a small simple dungeon where the party is tasked with clearing out a mill. On the surface a regular job, but somthing else is going on!
GM Reflections: I don't think this was the best dungeon I've ever made, I had too much stock in generic combat when I ran it and couldn't quite deploy all the secrets and plot that I wanted to. Prehaps I could improve it another time.
Map of Threshold
A full OS-Explorer style map of the region around Threshold - 27/11/2025
I wanted to make a full map of the region my players are currently exploring, but the project was a bit too much so I shrank it down to just this small area. It's fully created to scale, 1Km(0.5mi) on the small grid and 5mi on the larger grid.
This project was a massive pain, I knew what I wanted to create but the time and work it took was madness. I mean, I'm still going to make maps like this going forward as I feel it's a bit more usable for my style of play.
Update
I made some changes! - 30/11/2025
After I made the Shivering Isles map I elected to remake this one in the same style. I don't think the OS style would work at the table and I realy don't think the scale is good gameplay wise. This new edit is a lot more spaced out making it harder to navigate. I've also found the icons make it easier to read.
Unlike the Shivering map this is just the players map so none of the dungeons are on the map. This is also to fit with my prep flow for this adventure, I've set foundry up so that my stamps can be placed in the VTT as tiles ad-hoc. This gives me flexability and freedome to move the adventure where it's needed.
